My iTunes U keeps crashing on stage 3 of its uploading steps.i get a error message and usually have to close down iTunes.if I don't iTunes try's to upload to cloud again and it goes round and round in circles??!! Leaving me confused, half of my library's covered with the error symbols next to tracks.. Others with the waiting cloud.., they've been waiting for a long while.... What can I do. I feel that maybe it's got cluttered up uploading, or there's a bad file which is causing this problem.. But that's a wild guess...one other thing that's confusing.. Tracks that have the error symbol of waiting symbol next to it cant be deleted from iTunes..or the cloud.these can only be hidden, which tells me that the tracks that are showing waiting , are actually uploaded!!
