Boot camp 5 drivers won't install

nvidia 306.37 installation shows "NVIDIA installer failed" and the HD4000 driver install just says that this computer doesn't meet the minimum requirement...

I've tried playing battlefield 3 and minecraft, battlefield 3 gives me a direct X error that tells me something about the graphics card drivers crashing and a problem with direct X (i didn't get a good look as i couldn't get that error window up) and minecraft tells me that it can't use openGL and that an update in the graphics card driver will work.
