I have troed to dowlnload the icon for Icloud to mu iphone screen. is it ossible?

There isn't an iCloud icon. You turn on iCloud by going to Settings>iCloud and signing in with your Apple ID. See http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html.
