MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED SUBWAY SURFER ON ACCIDENT. DONT WANT TO BE BILLED FOR THE "COINS"

My daughter purchased some coins for subway surfers which is an app on the iphone. There was a charge for $.99 and a charge for $19.99. I would like to have them removed please and not be charged the fee.

You can try contacting iTunes support via this page and see if they will refund or credit you (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption


To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your phone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off'
