Q: My Itunes account is unable to authorize on our computer (win7) although I put in the username and password it simply sits forever trying to access the Itunes store. Is there a simple solution??

Hi I just made an itunes acount for myself but when I go to login to the account in itunes on my window 7 computer it simply says "accessing store" and then never logs in. Is there a solution to this problem or is it just my slow internet causing the problem???

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
