Aperture update 3.4.1 makes previously edited photos change

This question has been asked elsewhere, but I'm hoping someone has a solution. After I updated to 3.4.1, Images that I had previously edited now change after I click on them. The thumbnail has the correct adjustments, but once I double click, the image becomes darker and less contrasty. This occurs with Raw images I shot with a Canon 7D.

I have tried reinstalling the software (this is the only solution the genius bar had for me).
