install destination dialog box - Want to install in specific folder

Hi all,

I"m installing a plug in for logic but USING MOUNTAIN LION OSX,

when I reach the select a Destination area I can only choose my hard drive, but I want to choose the exact folder and location.

anyone know how I can do this did they hide the command somewhere?

You advice is needed thank you for your time.
