Q: Background Music, Music beds & Sound FX

Hi All

I am looking to find Background Music, Music beds & Sound FX for my You Tube videos and other bits and pieces.

There are many Stock sites out there that will give you Royalty free music for a cost but some do not warrent the price you are paying.

Would anyone have details of any sites or companies you have used in the past for this kind of thing ? Ideally I would like to spend a budget and get a good variety of files that I can store in a personal library for use.

I know there are some companies which you have to instal their own software to store the files and you invest in a package - I would like to avoid this if I can.

Anyone have any links or details they can share ?

thanks

I do custom work -– www.jd-tunes.com for some examples.

How can I make a solution for your project?

    Hi James

I am looking to produce my own voiceover showreels so I need background music and FX for different genres like corporate podcasts, advertisments, cartoon voices, energy music, etc etc

I have no specific project as this is more of a hobby to me at the moment, my wife does voiceovers and we have had showreels done professionally in the past but I want to give it a go myself to save the cost of updating what we have.

I have looked at your site and like what you do, is there a catalouged library for download ?

    cheers

You can search for free music online... People provide roytalty-music for free use.

But if you are doing just a demo to showcase your talents, and you are not selling it, then just use whatever. It's when the dollars are earned, that's when there can be an issue.
