Sector by Sector Cloning

I have a linux Drive, that I need to clone across to another drive I need to clone it sector by sector so that the whole image is identical. Namely as there are 4 partitions on the disk.

I found this StarTech Drive Duplicator

I'm hoping there is a software version of this? I have a macpro if that helps (in that I can plug the HD in directly) maybe a boot CD (so that its not from operateing system)

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

I have successfully used CLoneZilla in the past to clone an OSX drive which also had a Boot Camp partition on it. This clone did work successfully, and both volumes were bootable on the cloned drive. It was not the prettiest, or the fastest clone I had ever performed, but it did work. Now, I have to admit that I did that several years ago on my MacBook Pro 3.1 (Late 2007 MacBook Pro), and I used the 32 bit version of clonezilla, as I was running 32 bit Windows, and at the time, I wasn't sure if that would make a difference...
