Google Chrome tabs frozen after 10.8.3 upgrade

Hello,

My Google Chrome is not responding very well after the last osx update (10.8.3). When I open sites like Facebook, it loads the site, but when is finished I can't interact with it, I click on links and I try to scroll the page, but Chrome doesn't respond with there interactions.

It seems that the App isn't redrawing properly, because when I resize the window, the responds as usual.

What can I do? I tried reinstalling, but the problem persists. (And I insist that this problem began after the osx upgrade).
