How connect ASUS SBC-06D2X-U to MacBook Pro?
What is a Asus SBC-06D2X-U and how would it connect to any other computer? More then like it would connect to a Mac the same way.

I see it is a BluRay drive. You'll need special software for it to work on a Mac. Roxio Toast 11 I believe.

That software costs as much as the drive did?
I don't need to play Blu-ray disks, i just need to read/write DVDs.
Sorry but then you might want to take that drive back and get a standard external DVD read/writer that connects by USB port. Any make and model of one of those type drives will work on all Mac computers. Cost is around $30US.
