Installing iTunes error 1325

I'm getting an Error 1325.iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources is not a valid short file name. What's up today? I was able to download yesterday, now I'm getting this error. iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources is an iTunes file, what's wrong that it's not accepting the file name? The download stops and puts as far as it got into my Recycle bin.
