How do I transfer my ringtones from my iPhone to my replacement iPhone?

I just received my iPhone 4S replacement phone. I have been able to transfer my iTunes, photos, contacts and apps to my new phone. I can't figure out how to transfer my Ringtones to my new phone. I found the page that says Sync Tones, but for some reason, they won't sync to my phone. I get a message that says something about "waiting for sync". I am NOT a technical person at all, so I'm finding this difficult. HELP. What am I doing wrong?
