I am really surprised.
Either it has been out for just a few minutes, or people overslept after watching Pope Francis Inauguration Mass.... iOS 6.1.3 just came out, with a purportedly improved Maps amongst other things. By now I was expecting a zillion "the update ate my phone" posts from as many teeth gnashing, hair pulling users.
But no. The world is eerily calm....

I updated the very second it was released, got an Email from Apple Engineering after I updated, thanking me for being a timely & faithful updater, all of these years. As a result of my faithfulness, they are sending me a new MacBook air. 😎
Only improvement to Maps is specifically for Japan. Otherwise the base for this is the iPhone passcode bypass issue.
Yet another OS update that causes no problems on my iPhone. For sure, I must be The Chosen One. My sympathies to all other users.
It's only been out an hour or so... give it time to percolate. 😉
Over on MacRumors the jailbreak crowd is having a hissy fit because 6.1.3 breaks their precious hack. Poor babies.

updated OTA iPhone 5 ,iPad mini, iPad 3 all running as smooth as a turbine🙂
So far so good...as usual.
They have to pick the 6.1.2 or the 6.1.3 that filled the hole.

Updates cause problems? I'd never heard that.
Apple Support Communities is meant for, well, looking for support. You might consider posting this as a User Tip/Announcement discussing iOS 6.1.3. But this isn't really quite the place.
