Anybody found a way to solve the problem with playing iTunes through car stereo via Bluetooth with iPhone5

I can use the phone via Bluetooth, but iTunes will only play one track, then plays it again on a loop.

It will not play my language apps, which worked fine with my iPhone4

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2

works just fine for me, and my wife, and my boss, and everyone I know. Have you contacted the manufacturer of the car, or the head unit?
