SMS Delivery report

please i need SMS Delivery report on my iphone 4 ios 6
Then contact your carrier, as this is a network feature, not a phone feature.

i'm getting delivery report with same sim card on another device ( samsung galaxy )
in samsung there is option " Delivery report " in SMS sitting
i want to know is there any same option !!

No, there is no.
Actually, it is both network and phone feature.
GSM standard prescribes that Message Delivery Request bit could be set in SMS header. Many US network operators were late to implement this standard, which is why Apple maaaaaaaaaybe did not put this feature in IPhones. This has nothing to do with sending SMS with prefix, this is low level phone operation in SMS header (which includes number of characters in the message, recipient's number, date, etc...)
I firmly believe that all US network operators support this bit in SMS headers, and I am sure that all international network operators support this feature for two decades now.
Why Apple is still not including this feature is beyond me...
