iTunes video library

So I have to assume the answer to this is no, but I'll ask anyways...

I would like to be able to view a list of my videos that are stored on my iMac from my iOS devices outside of my home network. They are typically accessed on my iOS devices while in the house but one I leave, I no longer have a way of looking through my video library and so on. I realize it's called "home sharing" but I'm not trying to share videos outside of my network, just view the library for reference.

Any ideas?
