Host Name does not match Bonjour Name

Before installation of the OS X Server app, my computer host name was IvanH.local and it was changed to IvanH-Server.local during installation. I changed it back and the Server gave an alert "The Host Name does not match the Bonjour Name".

What will be impacted if I change it back to IvanH-Server.local; and what if I don't?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3
