How do you send messages blind...like bcc?

While composing your message in Mail, tap the second line "CC/BCC From. This will expand the line to give you the option to send as a BCC.

I know of no way to do that. Ok, why would you want to send a message as BCC? Inquiring minds wanna know.
You can forward the message to another person but there is no blind message feature. when you forward a message the original person wont know that you forwarded their response or message to another person. There is group messaging as well but every one will see everyones responses/messages.
Because I am sending out a group message but I don't want to share everyone's contact info with the group. I know it can be done because I have been sent a group message but only my number showed on my message.
if just your number just showed up that means you the iOS device doesnt recoginze that number in contacts or doesnt have a contact card for that number not that the message was sent blind
