i have a mac pro and my dvd burner is 2009 i just wonder if i can upgrate for better one . i want to know what brand i can use

I will try to help. Please pardon my Spanish, it is not that good. Es posíble. Su gravador de discos DVD es ATA. Puedo usar algún gravador ATA en su Mac. Las personas recomenden las marcas Pioneer o LG. Puedo tambien connectar uno gravador sATA sí
no puedo buscar ATA. De usar dos gravadores en su Mac Pro es no problemo.

2008 and older --> ATA/IDE
2009 and later --> SATA
