I reset my ipod by accident. HELPPP !

I tried downloading music to my computer from my friends ipod & I accidently reset it and I lost all her pictures and her music won't stop suffling to the next one. What do I do ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sync to the same computer that you normally use and Restore from your backup.

By the way, there is no need to include all those question marks and exclamation marks. It doesn't make your situation any more significant.
