i updated to iOS 6.1.3 today. after that i am not hearing any voice from my phone.
- i am not able to hear what other persons are talking.
- no incoming ring tone..
- no youtube audio
- no netflix video sound..
pretty much my phone is in mute state..anybody else is in same condition?

I executed the "Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings" without deleting data as suggested in another thread.
Problem solved, at the cost of the hassle created by having to re-establish all my personal settings.
How do you reset without losing your media etc which isn,t backed up to icloud. Also there are a lot of games that when uninstalled and reinstalled you lose all the inapp purchases and progress.itunes doesn,t refund either.
