Check it on a different Mac Book Pro (Not a Mac Pro really ?), and if not working you need to buy a new one.

If it is still unde garantie contact Apple, they will give you directions on how to send it back for replacement.

do not use another charger from another Mac, there is some sort of synching going on and it messes things up.

Take the machine and the charger to a AppleStore or repair if it still isn't working.

More details please. I find that I can use any of three power adapters on any of my MBPs with no discernable difference.
