Not easily. For Mountain Lion, Apple only provides Mac hardware drivers for Windows 7, and now Windows 8 with the 10.8.3 update.

You can run XP on a virtual machine like Parallels.
In order to run XP, the easiest thing to do is run it in a Virtual Machine rather than Boot Camp. Purchase VMWare or Parallels and install XP in that. Windows will run at the same time within OS X.
If your plan is to play intensive games, then a VM isn't a great choice as it has to share system resources with OS X.
I already try it but it give very very slow speed ??
You don't give any information about your Mac. What model? How much ram? Have you allocated sufficient resources to the virtual machine? When you contacted the folks at Parallels what did they say?
