unknown error ocurred (0xE8000065)

Question

My computer keeps showing: "unknow error occured (0xE8000065)" when connecting my iPod.

I already tried all the steps that Apple Support suggests, including:

-uninstalling itunes

-installing the latest version of itunes

-checking usb ports

-restarting ipod touch

What can I do?? HELP!!

Change the name on your ipod under Settings > General > About > Name

If it says iphone it could be the cause, it was for me.
