Error enabling server management

Hey guys, I'm having an issue that's had me scratching my head for a few days.

Running 10.8.3 on a 21.5" iMac.

Downloaded Server 2.2.1.

Upon setup, right after agreeing to the EULA and providing admin password, I get an error message.

"Error enabling server management.

A problem was detected with Server. Please redownload Server from the App Store."

I have tried deleting, redownloading, etc.

I've also downloaded the server app on my MacBook Pro (also on 10.8.3) and it sets up and runs fine.

We have an AirPort Extreme Base Station, if that helps.

I'm stumped and apple support hasn't offered any help over the phone.

What do you guys think?
