how can you find your rented movie
Ordered a movie and now I cannot find it? I know there is a 24-48 hr window.

Did you download the movie on a device?
Once you have downloaded the rental film you have 30 days within which to watch the film.
Once you pressed the play button even if for a few seconds you have i think 48hrs to watch the film (maybe 24).
to find the downloaded film - itunes does not make this so obvious or easy, i just spent half an hr trying to find out.
here is the answer. On iPad then you look under videos - its that easy.
On a desctop or portable using iTunes then go to iTunes Store Home page. (in top menu bar there is option for Store and then select Home.
Then see option called "Library" in top right corner, click this.
Then select from the far left drop down, "Movies"
Then from the top options select "Rented"
Your movie(s) should be here.
It would be far more intuitive of Apple to show a button on the iTunes store for the movie listing that you have already selected/downloaded this movie and to play it from there as well.
Hope this has fixed it for you, 🙂
