There's no option to unsend it. If you want to review it, check the list of sent messages.

I wish to recall from the recipient I sent it too, like the facilitity you have in Microsoft Outlook which is installed in most companies, you have an option to recall an email that you have sent.
Perhaps this facility in Outlook works within a corporate environment — mail from one person in the company to another in the company, that never leaves the corporate server — but it doesn't work on the internet. I always find it amusing when I get a message from someone using Outlook, followed some time later by another message saying "So and so want to recall the message", as if that does anything. There is no facility in internet email for recalling a message. Once it is sent from your server, it is gone and you can't get it back.
Actually Gmail has this feature as an option which works great. It's called "Unsend" and it what it does is puts in a +/- 5 second delay before your message actually gets sent out so that you can quickly retrieve it if you realize there's an error or it went to the wrong receipient, etc. It's actually pretty brilliant - be nice if Apple email had an option like this.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
