Bonjour and sleeping macbook pro

I set up bonjour print services on my pc. I set my macbook pro to share. My pc will only connect to the printer if my macbook pro is awake. As soon as it sleeps, I can't print from my pc to my airport connected printer. Is there a way to correct this. If my wife takes the macbook pro out of the house with her; I can't print?
