Stupid question, but I need help.

Do I send my accessories with my new defective iphone 5? Because I already used the headphones, and It'd be nice to get another charger.Do I send just the phone by package?(I got the return package ready to go and it says only phone) The instuctions state " Do not return accessories, batteries,or memory. Seal the device in this pre-paid envelope." and in big words DEVICE ONLY. Also enough with the dumb stuff, do I get a new Iphone 5 box with all the other accessories or just the Iphone 5 is what I really wanna know.🙂

If the reason for returning your iPhone is unrelated to the charger or the earphones, then send just the iPhone. They should, but may not return anything else you send.

By new I mean like an hour old, just outta the box. Turns out my first phone was defective 😠, my dad went to the apple store and just told me to send it back. He's not a specfic guy since he ain't fully english and my moms trying to make me send back the accessories too, what I want to keep 😢. This whole week was a major let down because my FIRST phone was defective (something wrong with the screen, camera, mic 😮 (*** apple-because of you I had to put a parentheses within a parentheses) and other stuff). So yea, ******* it apple. So remember the question people, do I get a new box like the same one they sent me or just the another Iphone 5, hopefully not defective again.

A brand new iPhone is defective out of the box? Forget returning it for repair or exchange, just get your money back and buy another. It is not reasonable to make you wait for a replacement. Settle for new and perfect and nothing less than that.

Bring everything back, charger and all. Apple has a 30 day return policy, no questions asked and no restocking fee. Just make sure you return everything, box and all.
