help please

ok i had to restore my computer cause it was being really stupid. wheni did that i lost itunes. nbow when i try ti install it it says "1607:Unable to install InstallShield Scripting runtime" i tried what it says ont he other topics but i don't get it. i can't find what they are asking me to find. like InstallScript engine, C:\Program Files\InstallShield\Developer\Redist\Language Independent\i386 and Isscrpt.msi. i did everything it said to do and i can't find it. please help.
