Transfer old phone's backup to new iphone?

I just got a new iPhone 5 and have already set it up as a new iPhone so I could update the software to be ale to transfer my old phone's backup onto it.

But how do I put the old phone's back up onto it, if I have set it up as a new iPhone?

Help please!

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3

On your iPhone 5: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You'll now be able to use the old backup to restore to your iPhone 5.
