iMessage pictures won't send?

Hey guys, up until last night I was able to send pictures through iMessage no problem. I updated my software this morning, and it's at iOS 6.1.3 now. My messages will delivers, my pictures won't. I can receive pictures but I can't send them. I've tried resetting all the network settings, turning iMessage on and off, turning my phone on and off, turning wifi on and off, etc. nothing's working.
