Try BootCamp 4.0.4033 at http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL1630/en_US/BootCamp4.0.4033.zip
Unzip and Burn the contents to a DVD or Flash Drive
Then insert the DVD or Flash Drive in Windows and run setup as an administrator.
Just run setup.exe
This version should have what you need for the major drivers as your MacBook Pro only supports BootCamp 4.0.
The later 4.0 versions just add some newer drivers you can install later.
Your problem is not very different than those discussed here:
https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4904594
except you are using windows 7 x64.instead of 32-bit so read the whole thread as the information is still applicable.
