lower photo resolution

Hi

I want to import about thirty photos into a text document that are currently in iPhoto and each is about 5mb in size , they will only be small once imported so I am not concerned about resolution loss, but I am concerned about the file size of the document once I import the thirty pictures into the document, so how can i lower the resolution in iphoto?

When you add the photos to the document it will share your iPhoto previews rather than the full size file. Other than that you'll need to export the files from iPhoto using the File -> Export command to reduce the file size.
