I recently restarted my Mac and once it restarted, it has been stuck on this white screen with the Apple Logo and a spinning icon. My Mac has done this before, but randomly started working again. However, this time it seems to not want to work. The only way to power the Mac off is to remove the battery connection.
Is there any way to resolve this asap? Is it worth taking to an Apple Store?
Help is really appreciated!
MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
Turn the computer off and then on again using the power button. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down Command+V on the keyboard until you see the black screen with white text. What appears at the end?
