I bought a second hand Iphone, I am trying to make a new account on Icloud.
but when I tried I received this notice: You can not create a new account, the telefone reached the maximum quantity of free account.

Each device can only set up a limited number of iCloud accounts (I believe it's 3). After that you can only re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or later, if you have one. Chances are the previous owner already created the maximum number of iCloud accounts on the phone you purchased.
