No. According to the apple care document they do not cover damage caused by negligence.

Apple Care is just an extended warranty for your iphone. It comes with a 1 year warranty. Apple care provides an extra year of warranty protection.

AppleCare+ purchased in US is only valid in the US

That is is it take it to US or forget it

It is certainly not valid in any other country

and as I said the product sold in US and canada ...AppleCare + is not available

the warranty is also only valid in USA

and you will not get service under basic warranty anywhere else

can be serviced under warranty in any member EU state
