Q: do all iSight models feature autofocus and built-in microphone?

I'm looking for a used iSight to use with my mid 2007 Mac mini. I want one with autofocus and a built-in microphone. Do all iSight models have these features or are there differences? Thanks.

OK, I just got off the phone with an Apple Care rep, who tells me that all the external iSight cameras have autofocus. Looks like that's the answer. Thanks.
