iPad restart over and over again

My iPad2 crashes and restart over and over again. I already did the reset (on iPAD, iTunes, full recovery etc.) several times but nothing helps. Sometimes it goes okay for a while but most of times it crashes within 5 minutes. Below the diagonistics. What to do???? Of course just over a year old so no guarantee anymore :-(
