I synced my ipod touch to Itunes on my computer made a chane in a playlist when I syncedthe Ipod 133 songs were uploaded a second time to the ipod now I have duplicates how do I delete them

I synced my ipod touch to Itunes on my computer made a change in a playlist in Itunes on the computer when I hit sync on the computer for the change to go forth on the Ipod it uploaded 133 songs that were previuosly in the IPOD playlist now I have duplicates How do I remove the duplicates
