i have another account that has money in it already but i had forgotten my security answers so i created a new account with a recovery email but my money is not added into my new account. how can i recover the money and added to my new account

i created a new account because i had forgotten my security answers. now the problem is that the money i had in my other account wasnt transffered to my new account, even thou i put in a retreive email address into my new acount. how can i tranffer the money into my new account?

You can't transfer a balance from one account to another account, it can only be used on the account that it was originally redeemed onto.

If on your old account you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
