Pro Tools 10 and WGM

Installed Pro tools onto a client mac, and gave permission for a group user to access it (just like any other app) but it still says that they dont have permission?

Does anyone know if anything else needs to be granted permission for this to work?

Thanks

Xserve, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Parallels would be for a Parallels deployment. That is part of my example from one of my servers, but you could insert any folder into this entrybox for any application. You had not deliniated whether you gave access to just the application or the entire folder. Now you have stated that you gave permission to the "creator" which I don't quite understand in this scenario. However, if you have both the folder and the applcation allowed in WGM then that meets the requirement to allow the application, and I don't know of any other thing you can do. Possibly clear the MCX settings on that particular workstation and restart it to force a reset of the new settings.
