I bought my MacBook Pro almost a year ago.
Now, I've decided I want to purchase the Apple Care package.
If I'm not mistaken - since it's been less than a year I can get a chepaer price for the Apple Care.
I might be mistaken and if more than a year passes I don't pay more for Apple Care - but I just can't buy it...
Does anyone has an answer for me?
You pay the same for AppleCare, and it doesn't mind if you purchase it with your Mac or during the first year of warranty. After the first year of warranty, you can't purchase it. However, you can search in Amazon, for example, for a cheaper price, but you may or may not find it
No, you don't get a reduced price for waiting.
You can, however, shop around. Amazon and B&H and other sites usually have AppleCare available at a discount from what Apple directly charges.

Apple will give you the steps to register AppleCare to your MacBook Pro, but you just have to go to http://www.apple.com/support/applecare/ and follow the on-screen steps
