can i use Pocket Informant on my iMac desktop I have the Pro version on my iphone and my iPad 1 can't download it on the desk top

Hi there - I'm one of the developers of Pocket Informant. iPad/iPhone apps are inherently different than Mac apps. You can't run iOS apps on your Mac or vice versa - you need a version of the app that runs on iOS and a separate version that runs on Mac OS X. Currently, we don't have a desktop app, though that is a very popular request. At the moment, if you'd like to view your Pocket Informant data on your computer, the best option is currently Pocket Informant Online like Mike suggested. Keep in mind, though, that the web interface for PIO is still in beta. We released PIO as a sync service last year and we're actively working on adding a web interface to it as an added bonus to our subscribers.

OK, just got PI. Loving it, sort of. Cant find out how to delete an event, but aside from that Im an expert...
Thing is, I have a ton of data, events, tasks, what not, that I need to stick in there. It's not in Apple calander or Reminders, etc. Before I sign up for $, it seems to me that the online service is so you can just look at or synch previously created PI setups.
Would I be able to slam them in at a desktop? Ive got a semi-decent IPad keyboard, so I'll live, but it would be nice.
