ios update for 4s to 6.1.3. knocks out vibration settings

i updated my 4s to ios 6.1.3. and now none of my vibration setting wrok. not the toggle switch nor vibrating for any phone calls, messages, alarms, or e-mails. can anyone advise on this please?

Same here.

I upgraded my Iphone 4 and my Wifes IPhone 4S, now both are not vibrating on incomming calls. But when I switch Vib button on and off, I hear the vibrator.

Any fix yet from Apple.
