App or Program to Create and Map Locations

I am looking for a way to set up for my office a shared database where multiple users can enter locations of stores, restarurants, hotels, etc. in various cities. The intent is for coworkers who travel to be able to check out the app to see if there is anything of interest that we have flagged that they can visit while they are there. Or if the traveler sees something of interest they can add to the database for the next person in that city.

I have been keeping the info on an Excel spread sheet with addresses, notes on why it is of interest, and hyperlinks where offered. But this is difficult to share with mutlple users.

The majority of poeple are using iphones, ipads, and Apple laptops.

Any advice will be much appreciated, and let me know if there is a different forum this should be posted on.
