I couldn't put videos from windows pc to my ipod touch 5th via itunes 11 but all things like music photos are working fine..although i converted video to .mp4 format via "AVC"
iPod touch, iOS 6.1.2
How are you trying to put the video onto your iPad? Can you get the videos into iTunes? Are you getting any error messages?

I haven 't use itunes11 on ipad yet,
The main problem on transfering videos is that if i dragged the .mp4 videos into movies library nothing happens.
