ADC Y Adapter?

I'm currently using a 17" MacBook Pro (mid 2011) and old Apple Cinema Display (w/ male ADC connector).

From the MBP I have the following: Mini Display Port to DVI adapter, DVI to ADC converter (w/ power) to the monitor.

I now want to add a 2nd old Apple Cinema Display (w/ male ADC connector) into the loop.

I would like to try and power both monitors from the ADC converter I have, is such a thing as an ADC Y Adapter?

I would need it to have 1 male (30 + 5) connector to 2 Female (30 + 5) connectors.

Any other suggestions on how too add in the 2nd Apple Cinema Display in?
