i have ask to authoriesd service center (ABM) but they refused to do so... it was not bought it in U.A.E

You can only have the phone serviced in the country where it was originally sold. The E.U. is considered 'one country' for warranty and service purposes.

Take the phone back to the country where it originated, or send it to someone you know there to take it in for service.

Warranty and official service for an iPhone can be obtained only in the country in which the iPhone was originally sold. You will have to take the iPhone back to that country, or send it to someone you know there, to get it serviced.
